All content on the Site, including videos, slide decks, ebooks, exercises, and frameworks, is the property of Sisyphus Venture LLC and is protected by copyright. You may not record, redistribute, sell, or republish our content without written permission.

3. Payments & refunds

Free trainings carry no payment obligation.
Paid programs are billed at checkout in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
Refund policy for paid programs is stated on the specific program’s checkout page. If no policy is stated, programs are non-refundable once access has been granted.
For payment plans, all installments are due regardless of usage.

4. Coaching & program use

You agree to use any coaching, group calls, or community spaces respectfully. We reserve the right to terminate access, without refund, for abuse, harassment, or violations of community standards.

5. No professional advice

Our content is educational. It is not medical advice, psychological diagnosis, legal advice, or financial advice. Consult a licensed professional before making decisions that affect your health, finances, or legal standing.

6. Earnings & results disclaimer

We make no guarantee that you will achieve any specific result, income, or outcome. Examples and testimonials shown represent individual experiences and are not typical. Your results depend on your effort, follow-through, and circumstances.

7. Third-party platforms

We use third-party tools to deliver our services (ConvertKit, WebinarJam, Close, Fanbasis, etc.). Your interactions with those tools are governed by their own terms.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sisyphus Venture LLC, its officers, and contractors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or any program. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts of Wyoming.
